The CSB MSV-400 is a 2V valve-regulated sealed lead-acid battery in the MSV series, using absorbed glass mat (AGM) technology with gas recombination efficiency up to 99% and a maintenance-free design. Its nominal capacity is 400Ah (1.80VPC @25°C, 10-hour rate), with 408Ah at the 8-hour rate (1.75VPC), 424Ah at the 20-hour rate (1.75VPC), and 400Ah at the 8-hour rate (1.80VPC), meeting high-capacity standby power needs such as telecommunications. The battery uses pure lead construction and proprietary elements, with a design float life of up to 15 years at 25°C, meeting the Eurobat long-life standard (over 12 years at 20°C). The housing uses flame-retardant ABS material (UL 94-V0), and the terminals are I4 threaded copper alloy terminals accepting M8 bolts, with a terminal torque of 126±25 Kgf·cm (12.3±2.5 N·m). The battery weighs approximately 24.90 kg, measures 197.0mm long, 170.0mm wide, and 339.0mm high, with an internal resistance of 0.43 mΩ.
