The CSB MSV-500 belongs to the MSV series and is a 2V valve-regulated sealed lead-acid battery using AGM absorbed glass mat technology with a gas recombination efficiency of up to 99%, officially positioned as a large-capacity, long-service-life VRLA 2V battery for large emergency and telecommunications applications. Its nominal capacity is 500Ah (1.80 VPC @25°C, 10-hour rate), with a capacity of 511.20Ah at the 8-hour rate at 1.75 VPC @25°C, 512.00Ah at the 20-hour rate at 1.75 VPC @25°C, and 500.80Ah at the 8-hour rate at 1.80 VPC @25°C. In terms of electrical performance, the MSV-500 has a maximum charge current of 150.00A, a maximum discharge current of 3000A, a short-circuit current of 7258A, and an internal resistance of 0.39 mΩ. The float charge voltage is 2.21 to 2.25 Vdc/battery (25°C), and the equalizing charge voltage is 2.35 Vdc/battery (25°C).
