The CSB GPL12880 is a 12V valve-regulated lead-acid battery belonging to the GPL series of general purpose products. Building on the GP series, this series extends service life for general standby power applications, uses absorbed glass mat (AGM) technology with gas recombination efficiency of up to 99%, and features pure lead construction and a proprietary element design, making it suitable for float standby power applications. The battery is maintenance-free, manufactured to IEC 60896-21/22:2004, and recognized under UL1989 (MH14533).
In terms of capacity, the GPL12880 has a 20-hour rate nominal capacity of 88Ah at 25°C and 1.75VPC, a 20-hour rate measured capacity of 94.80Ah, an 8-hour rate capacity of 88.00Ah at 1.75VPC, and an 8-hour rate capacity of 86.4Ah at 1.80VPC.
