Product details
The CSB HRL12390W belongs to the HRL series of 6V and 12V top terminal valve-regulated sealed lead-acid batteries, officially positioned as a long-life high-rate pure lead battery series for high-power data center and UPS loads. Its rated voltage is 12 Vdc, and at 1.67 VPC, 25°C, the 15-minute rate nominal capacity is 390W, the 5-minute rate power is 700 W/cell, and the 15-minute rate power is 414 W/cell, suitable for float standby applications requiring short-time high-power output.
This battery uses a valve-regulated sealed lead-acid structure and absorbed glass mat technology, with gas recombination efficiency up to 99%, and is a maintenance-free design. The positive and negative electrodes use pure lead construction and a proprietary formula, and the official application area is data center uninterruptible power supplies. The battery case material is PP (UL 94-HB), and a flame-retardant (94-V0) version can be provided upon request.
In terms of electrical parameters, the HRL12390W has a maximum charge current of 39.0 A, a maximum discharge current of 800 A, a short-circuit current of 2779 A, and an internal resistance of 3.00 mΩ. At 25°C, the float charge voltage is 13.5 to 13.8 Vdc/battery, and the equalizing charge voltage is 14.4 to 15.0 Vdc/battery. The terminals are I2 threaded lead alloy terminals that accept M6 bolts, with terminal torque of 51.7±10.3 Kgf·cm, 44.9±9.0 Lbf·in, or 5.10±1.0 N·m.
In terms of dimensions, the battery length is 343.0±2.5 mm, width 170.0±2.0 mm, height 216.9±2.5 mm, and weight 33.00 kg (72.73 lb). The nominal operating temperature is 25°C, the discharge temperature range is -15°C to 50°C, and the charge and storage temperature range is -15°C to 40°C. The design life can reach 10 years under 25°C float charge use, and more than 12 years at 20°C when meeting the Eurobat long-life standard.
In terms of self-discharge, the remaining capacity after 90 days of storage at 25°C is greater than 90%, and it can be stored for up to 6 months, requiring a full charge before use; if the storage temperature is above 25°C, it should be charged earlier. The product is manufactured according to IEC 60896-21/22:2004 and is recognized by UL1989 (MH14533).
